Having enjoyed last year's winter holiday in Fiji we again decided to flee from the NZ winter. This time we took a week's holiday in the Cook Islands.  We spent half the time on Rarotonga and the other half on the island of Aitutaki

 Tropical flowers  On a very hot afternoon we climbed to the top of the largest hill on Aitutaki (Maunga Pu ... 140m abve sea level) ... not much as hills go, but quite enough that day!
